Our Process
Inquire
Send us a completed inquiry via our booking portal which will then create a proposal and notify us of your interest.
Approve
We’ll approve the proposal if your date is available and send you the link via email.
Confirm
Once you’re happy with the proposal, you can then accept, sign the contract and pay the retainer fee to secure and confirm the booking.
Plan
When your booking is confirmed, we’ll then send you a welcome email and start the planning process from there.
Your Questions, Answered

Click the “INQUIRE NOW” button on the top of the page to get a proposal sent to your email. Make sure you complete it until the end with all the necessary details to get accurate quotation and the proposal gets sent to your email.
Once you’re happy with the proposal, you can go ahead and provide a 30% retainer fee to secure booking date. Balance are to be paid 7 days prior the event date.
Your booking is confirmed only after you have made the required payment and received a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking if unforeseen circumstances arise, in which case a full refund will be provided. -
Yes. All of our photo booth & portrait station packages include unlimited photo sessions and prints. You and the whole group gets 1 print each. If you have a guestbook add-on, we will print an extra for it.

We are based in Carlisle, Western Australia and services clients in and around Perth.

Payment: The Client shall pay the full rental fee no later than Payment Due Date, which is at least 7 business days prior to the Rental Period. If payment is not received by the Payment Due Date, the Vendor may cancel this Agreement and retain any amounts paid by the Client as liquidated damages.
Retainer Fee: As part of this Agreement, the Client is required to pay a non-refundable retainer fee of 30% from total. The Retainer Fee shall be credited and deducted from the Rental Amount. Said Retainer Fee shall only be deemed refundable if the Client terminates this Agreement with at least 7 days after booking confirmation.
Cancellation by Customer: In the event of cancellation, the following refund policy applies:
If the cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the rental date, a full refund less the retainer fee will be provided.If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the rental date, a partial refund less the retainer fee may be provided at our discretion.
Cancellation by Unit 6 Studio: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or if we believe the event may breach our policies or local laws. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. -
Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the conduct of all event participants using the photo booth. Any damage to the photo booth or other equipment caused by event participants will be the customer's responsibility and may result in additional charges.
Liability: We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising out of or related to the use of our services, equipment, or props. This includes but is not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnity: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Unit 6 Studio, its employees, and agents from any claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses arising from the customer's use of our services. -
Set Up & Pack Down: We will arrive at the venue 1.5-2hrs before the hire time starts and pack down right away after the hire time ends.
What if I want my booth hire to start a specific timing?
- We can do that but with an additional idle time fee if the time interval is longer than 3hrs.
Example: We can get the booth ready, non-operational by 3pm before the ceremony starts and come back at 6pm to start the booth hire.
Do you bump out on the day?
- Yes we do. After the hire time ends, we immediately pack down the booth.
Please note that an additional late-night fee of $50/hr is required for bump out times past 10pm.(This is calculated for every hour the booth and our staff remains on the venue premises)

Space Requirement:
The Client will arrange for appropriate space of 10ft (L) x 10ft (W) x 10ft (H) and access for the Photo Booth at the Event's venue along with necessary power outlet at least 1.5 hours before the booking time. Access to a power outlet within 5m-10m of the equipment is required.
Venue Access:
We require access to the event location at least 1.5 hours before the scheduled start time. If access to the event location is delayed or denied, we reserve the right to modify the rental period.
Weather Conditions:
If the event is outdoors, the booth must be set up in an undercover or sheltered area in case of poor weather conditions. We have the rights to ask to be moved to a different location if we find the booth location not safe for our equipments or cancel the rental as a last resort due bad weather conditions. -
Do your photo booth attendants require a meal?
Yes, please! For all photo booth/portrait station hires of 4 hours or longer, we kindly ask that a vendor meal be provided for our attendant(s).
Our attendants are usually on-site well before your event begins and stay until after the last photo is taken. A vendor meal ensures our hungry helpers have the energy to provide the best experience for your guests throughout the event.
How many meals do we need to provide?
Most bookings require one meal for our booth attendant. For larger packages or premium setups that include two attendants, please provide two vendor meals.
